The frigates "Navarra" and "Cristóbal Colón" have conducted a shooting exercise alongside the Greek frigate "HS Aegean" to strengthen the preparation and coordination among allied naval forces.
The ships of the Navy will also participate in the multinational exercise Mare Aperto 26, as part of NATO's Permanent Naval Group 2. In these maneuvers, the frigate "Blas de Lezo" and the Combat Supply Ship "Patiño" will also take part.
On the other hand, the minehunter "Turia", integrated into NATO's Permanent Mine Countermeasures Group 2, has completed its participation in the Turkish exercise Nusret-26. This type of maneuvers has allowed it to train in the detection and neutralization of naval mines and improve coordination among allied navies.
These activities are part of the collaboration of the Navy with NATO and contribute to maintaining the readiness of the ships to operate alongside other naval forces in various scenarios.
