"Wasa Express" will replace the "Poet" on the Tangier route

After the OPE 2022, Balearia has scheduled for the end of the month the transfer of the ferry "Wasa Express" (IMO 8000226) to the Algeciras-Tanger Med route, where it will replace the dry-docked ferry "Poet López Anglada". This ship, flagged in Cyprus, is chartered to the Egyptian company UME and is a well-known vessel for Fred. Olsen Express, as it was chartered on the Las Palmas-Morro Jable-Lanzarote route, although most of its maritime life has taken place in Northern Europe.
