The catamaran “Volcán de Teno” will enter dry dock in mid-October for a comprehensive and extensive technical overhaul
The catamaran “Volcán de Teno” is scheduled to stop on the Algeciras-Ceuta line on October 9 — where it will be replaced by the catamaran “Cecilia Payne” — and in mid-month it will enter dry dock for a comprehensive overhaul of its facilities, which will completely change the interior aesthetics of the ship.
The work is expected to last between four and five weeks. It is also planned to relocate the Premium class to the stern, and a general review of the ship's propulsion will be carried out. Additionally, it will be the first of the catamarans from Naviera Armas to be repainted with the livery of Baleària Canarias, as seen in the AI-enhanced image by our collaborator Nelson Bourne.
