Trasmediterránea Will Have Two Mobile Ramps in Ceuta
Trasmediterránea will soon have two mobile ramps at its dock in the port of Ceuta, which will enable it to provide better service, allowing for greater agility in loading and/or unloading operations. The second ramp arrived a few days ago on a special trip of the ship “Las Palmas de Gran Canaria” and is currently being assembled. This will improve operational times, which will now be shorter.
Previously, this mobile ramp was at the port of Palma, where it was dismantled for its transfer to Almería, aboard the ship “Almariya”. There, it was moved to the garage of the ship “Las Palmas de Gran Canaria”, taking advantage of the positioning trip on the Algeciras-Tangier line. With both ramps operational, the boarding and/or disembarking of the catamaran “Milenium Dos” or “Alborán” will be much more agile and will undoubtedly result in better service.
