Trasmed Introduces Improvements on the Ship 'Ciudad de Palma'
Trasmed has introduced a series of improvements on the ship 'Ciudad de Palma', which operates the Barcelona-Palma route. In the spacious passenger reception hall, a work area has been set up next to the shop, with electrical connections and Wi-Fi for better use of time for those passengers who need it during the journey.
Additionally, a children's area has been established on deck five, services and seating have been remodeled, and a redistribution of tables and chairs has been carried out in three distinct zones. In the cabins, all mattresses and pillows have been replaced, supplied by a company specialized in large hotels.
“We strive to improve day by day, with small details that make the journey more pleasant for our passengers,” says Manuel Martín, Director of Onboard Services at Trasmed. An expert who knows his job well and who, before joining the company, had worked in the tourism cruise industry.
