Seventy Weekly Departures on the Algeciras-Ceuta Line
Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea strengthens the Algeciras–Ceuta route to meet the demand of users, both passengers and transporters, so that for the remainder of the year the company will offer a schedule of five daily departures from each port
In addition, Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea will increase frequencies on days with higher traffic volumes, such as during the recent OPE 2022, in which it operated with 95% punctuality, on a route that has an approximate duration of one hour, the company reports.
The service is operated by the catamaran "Ciudad de Ceuta", which makes 70 weekly departures and whose interiors have been renovated to enhance the onboard experience.
This fast ferry has a capacity for 866 passengers and 220 vehicles and reaches a speed of 35 knots. Onboard, users can enjoy shops and a café, seating in tourist class and Premium class with collective television monitors and facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as pet-friendly areas, which include part of the terrace located at the stern of the ship.
