Banco Santander finances a patrol boat for Morocco

A loan of 95 million euros from Banco Santander will enable the financing of the construction of a patrol boat for the Royal Navy of Morocco at the Navantia San Fernando shipyard. The contract will entail one million hours of work and 250 jobs over three and a half years.

In the past, four decades ago, the then National Company Bazán built two series of patrol boats and a class “Descubierta” corvette for Morocco.
