From Havana to Vigo
The presence of the ship “MSC Ópera” in the port of Vigo reaffirms this shipping company's interest in its stops in Galicia. Yesterday, May First, this ship arrived from Havana and Lisbon on its way to Cherbourg, with a stop of almost seven hours, carrying 2,007 tourists and 735 crew members, of whom 269 disembarked, mostly Spaniards, coming from a Caribbean trip with a stop in Cuba, and 182 others boarded, who will travel to Copenhagen. The handling was managed by the Bergé Marítima delegation, “in a display of coordination and attention to the cruise passengers,” according to Alfredo Campos Brandón, the author of the accompanying photos.
Until the incorporation of the ship “MSC Música,” the ships “MSC Ópera” and “MSC Lírica” held the honorable title of being the largest of MSC Cruises.
