Fred. Olsen Signs Collective Agreements Until 2027
Fred. Olsen signed on December 20 with employee representatives the collective agreements for fleet and land (offices) for five years, covering the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2027. In addition to salary improvements, the social benefits enjoyed by the employees of the Spanish-Norwegian group are maintained.
Furthermore, the conditions included in the Teleworking Agreement are improved, as this is a productive and efficient model, as demonstrated in recent years, which not only favors work-life balance but also facilitates the attraction and retention of talent, in addition to contributing, among other aspects, to environmental conservation.
The signing parties continue to reinforce the principle of equality, in line with the company's philosophy of zero tolerance for any behavior classified as workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and/or harassment based on sex, both among the workforce and from clients towards employees.
On the other hand, they “agree to continue on the good path laid out, based on the development of a flexible, agile, and dynamic work culture, based on trust and achieving results, where the most important value continues to be the people.”
This establishes a firm commitment between the company and employees to maintain the good social climate that has prevailed even in such difficult times, thus ensuring job stability that will undoubtedly allow for the consolidation and growth of the company in the coming years.
