Five Thousand Tourists Arrive in Cartagena on Five Cruises

The port of Cartagena has experienced a spectacular day today, with the presence of five tourist cruises and around five thousand passengers, a milestone in its recent history. Two of them, “Vision of the Seas” (78,717 TRB), with a thousand tourists and “Star Legend” (12,969 TRB), with 214 passengers, arrived from Barcelona; another two arrived from Valencia: “Marella Explorer 2” (72,458 TRB), with 2,177 passengers and “Silver Dawn” (40,844 TRB), with another 600, and finally, the ship “Spirit of Discovery” (58,119 TRB), which arrived from Lisbon with another thousand cruisers, reports our collaborator José Julián Pérez Matéu, author of the accompanying photos.
