The Fertile Memory of Captain Servando Peraza García

We had the honor and privilege of sharing great professional and personal moments with Captain Servando Peraza García, commodore of the Fred. Olsen fleet. Always attentive, kind, and with an unlimited vocation for service. Deep in knowledge, very broad in experience, an undisputed leader, a worthy and honest representative, a teacher of a generation of good professionals, a father and husband of fruitful teaching, and a dear friend of happy days.

The news of his departure towards the eternal journey on this day, May 19, 2015, broke our hearts. And then, as now, we evoke his fertile memory with the gratitude and affection that we have always professed for him and the well-deserved recognition. We continue to miss him, and we are often filled with the echo of his voice and his presence, with the generosity of one who gave so much and never asked for anything in return.
