The ferry “Volcán de Tijarafe” on the Gandia-Ibiza-Palma route
For a month at most, the ferry “Volcán de Tijarafe” will cover the Gandia-Ibiza-Palma route starting today, October 7, before moving to the Barcelona-Mahón route, where it will spend part of the winter while other ships undergo maintenance. The Armas-Trasmediterránea Group is making a move by relocating the catamaran “Ciudad de Ceuta” to the Las Palmas-Morro Jable and Tenerife-Las Palmas routes, where it will remain until the next arrival of the catamaran “Villa de Agaete,” at which point it will return to the Gandia-Ibiza-Palma route.
Starting October 18, Naviera Armas will reinforce the Las Palmas-Morro Jable route with high-speed service on weekends (Fridays and Sundays), doubling the offer of conventional “volcanoes.” The catamaran “Ciudad de Ceuta” will also operate on the Las Palmas-Santa Cruz de Tenerife route until the catamaran “Villa de Agaete” takes over, which is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
