Collision Between Two Ships in Algeciras

Two container ships collided this afternoon at the TTI terminal in the port of Algeciras, although there were no significant damages. The bow of the ship “Aries J” (IMO 9514767), flagged in Portugal, struck the stern of the ship “ANL Wangaratta” (IMO 9334167), flagged in Malta, and while the former is anchored, the latter is docked at the free dock, awaiting the necessary inspections and authorizations to continue its journey.
